Another 15 Before 15 Update!!!

Guess what day it is?! Okay, I probably shouldn't ask you to guess since the answer is above ;) 15 Things To do before 15 update! Okay, so here's what's new. You can view the complete list and past updates here.

# 3 is to write 15 letter to my pen pals. I've written 1 more, so I'm now at 6

#5 is to write 15 short stories/poems, and I wrote 2 more poems for a total of 5

#7 is to paint my nails 15 different colors. I painted my nails coral a ton in the past 2 weeks, so I'm now at 10 colors.

#9 is to meet 15 new people. I joined a teen discipleship group with some girls at my church, and met 3 other people, so I've now met 9 new people in total.

#10 is to read 15 books of the bible, and I've read 1st and 2nd Thessalonians, so I'm now at 6

#12 is to make 15 bracelets and I made one with pine-green beads, so I've made 2 in total.

#15 is to try new foods, and I tried these zucchini things my mom made, so I'm now at 6.

Some goals I still haven't touched! I should be more determined ;)

Just Some Necklaces...

I've been looking at a lot of jewelry recently. So, I thought I'd do a post on some necklaces I'm thinking about getting. Generally I say that a lot, and then never end up actually following through, but let's hope I don't forget this time! I <3 all of these.

I like this necklace since it's kind of elegant and simple. Most necklaces I currently have have charms on them, but since the beads go all the way around it would be a little bit different.

I like the sparkle of this necklace. I like hearts, and it's real cute.

This one's really unique from any necklace I have. It's really interesting, and I love the charm!

Nail Trends

Recently I've been looking at all sorts of nail polish, and have decided that these are my favorite types I've seen people wearing :)

This stuff is so awesome. I have some friends who have this nail polish in pink. You paint your nails black, then paint a top coat of crackle nail polish, and it gives you this awesome design you see in the picture above. I'm going to try it sometime!

Yellow-green seems like the color that's 'in'. I've seen at least 6 girls in the last two days wearing a similar color on there nails. I love this color anyways!

The last trend seems to be glitter. What's not to love? It's bright, sparkly, and shiny. I like sparkles!

Already Into Christmas

I REALLY shouldn't be doing this already, but I have started listening to Christmas music. I think I'm over excited about it even though it's still months away. So, what I'm trying to do now is listen to all the samples for Christmas CDs I don't own, and decided which one I want to buy in December. I've decided to start a tradition for myself, and buy a new Christmas album every year. So, I've narrowed down to a few albums, but I think the one I'm going to buy is Francesca Battistelli 'Christmas'. She used to be my absolute favorite singer, and while I haven't heard the samples yet, I'm sure it's good :)

I love Christmas music.

Camera Shopping

I've been looking at lots of camera's recently. I think I've decided that for Christmas I'd like one,  but I can't decide which one I want! Any tips for looking? I think I'd like an SLR camera. I'm not the best photographer, but I love to take photos and think it will help me improve my skills :)

The camera I'm using right now is our family's camera, and it's not an SLR so I was hoping for my own, and a higher quality one. I have my own mini digital video camera that takes great video, but only blurry pictures. I also have a camera I got when I was 11, but it's only takes 5 megapixels, and only has 1 setting to shoot on, so I think it would help to get a better camera :)

What kind of camera do you use?

Any suggestions?

Random Day

So today I did everything. Okay, maybe not THAT much, but still a lot. 

The day started out with school. Spanish, Writing, Literature, Algebra 2, and everything else.

For lunch I had pizza. Yum!

I watched the movie "Courageous" which I really like this afternoon. It's kind of unusual for me since I don't usually watch movies in the middle the afternoon, but I felt like it today.

I decided to play Brain Age 2 on the Nintendo DS, which is also kind of weird for me since I'm not much of a Brain Age player. That game bores me easily.

...Then I spent some fun time on the laptop writing, reading, and writing down blogging ideas. I didn't get too far on those, but do know what I'll be posting everyday in December, so I guess I made some progress!

I ate dinner, and after my family left for our Small Group.

At Small Group we had our music time, going over the sermon time, and prayer time. It is the second-to-last night for one of my friends to go to our Small Group, as her family is moving 3 hours away :(

We did have fun though afterwards with the time we had- someone baked wonderful strawberry-chocolate cupcakes which we enjoyed, and then we played Ninja. For those of you who don't know what Ninja is, it's kind of a strange game. Sometimes it's fun, and sometime's it's weird. Basically, you're trying to hit each other's hands, and dodge other people. After playing that with all the girls a few times, I ate another cupcake and we left. 

So I am now home, writing this. I guess that pretty much sums up my day. Maybe not the best day ever, but still a pretty good one! <3
