January Music

I thought I'd do an update on new music and artists. So here's what's up!

Originally from Washington D.C., the electronic-pop duo Capital Kings has created quite a buzz, with their remixes landing on some of the industry's most acclaimed artists' records including tobyMac and Group 1 Crew. Now, they present their debut self-titled album, featuring songs like "I Feel So Alive" and "Born to Love."

Released January 8, 2013
You may or may not have heard of Capital Kings. For several years they've been doing remixes for other artists including Mandisa, TobyMac, and Britt Nicole, but now they've decided to make their first album, and I'm thrilled! Their album has songs featuring Britt Nicole, Royal Tailor, and Toby Mac (yay!) and so with all those artists, they're sure to be great.

Gold EP
Released January 11, 2013
Britt Nicole came out with her Gold EP. It includes her song gold, and two new remixes! Don't think I'll be getting this one since I don't like several versions of the same song, but it still sounds pretty good!

Burning Lights -
        By: Chris Tomlin
Released January 4, 2013
Chris Tomlin came out with his newest album, Burning Lights.  I'm not the biggest Chris Tomlin person, but his music is still pretty good!

A Messenger, Colton Dixon
Released January 25, 2013
I could't get a picture for this one. If you listen to Christian radio, I'm sure you've heard his song 'You Are' already! I like most of his first album! It's really good, so I suggest you listen to it as well as all the other new ones I've listed!

What are your thoughts on these new artists and albums? I love your comments! My favorite? Probably Capital Kings. Not sure though!

<3, Brooke
